Raised around animals my whole life, I learned the importance of responsible breeding from my father, who bred Labradors and New Zealand Whites (rabbits). Now, I am excited to embark on my own journey with Golden Retrievers, a breed that has enriched my life and my family's. I look forward to sharing the love and happiness these wonderful dogs can bring to others.
At Desert Sun Goldens, we believe in nurturing each puppy to ensure they grow into loving and loyal companions, and we are committed to raising happy, healthy puppies.
Cost and Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your puppy and goes towards the final cost of $1,600 which must be paid in full before or on pickup day. A receipt will be provided for your deposit. This deposit secures your place in line and helps us cover the costs of raising healthy puppies. Please consider your decision carefully, as the deposit will not be refunded if you cannot proceed with the purchase. If you have any questions about our pricing or policies, feel free to reach out!
Our Commitment to you as a breeder
1. All of our puppies come pre-registered with the AKC, so you can focus on what really matters: enjoying your new bundle of joy!
2. Each of our puppies comes with a 2-year health guarantee that addresses any genetic health issues that may lead to death.
3. All our puppies are raised in our home to proper ensure care and socialization. They will be trained to use a doggy door for potty time, making their transition to new homes easier.
4. All of our pups receive a health check before leaving for their new homes. Your shot and health record will be provided to you at the time of pickup. This document will detail all the vaccinations received and indicate when the next shots are due.
5. A puppy care pack will be given at time of pickup, which will include a blanket that has the litter's and mom's scent on it, a small supply of the dog food they are currently on, and a favorite toy. If you are traveling from out of the area for pickup, we will also provide some of our well water to help keep the puppy's tummy happy while they transition to their new homes!
